Can I wear my knee high, black leather boots with a skirt/dress until Labor Day?

What is the %26quot;rule%26quot; about when to, or not to wear boots?

I think black leather boots can be worn anytime. I love boots! Maybe not with shorts in the middle of a hot sunny summer day but there are times in the summer when boots still look great.
Reply:I say when the weather hits 65 degrees or above, that the boots should be put away. I just think it%26#039;s silly to see people wearing boots in 70 degree weather.
Reply:Wear boots whenever you want to = teh rule
Reply:These days the %26#039;rule%26#039; has flown the coop. People wear what they want, when they want. I think knee-high boots and dress/skirt/mini-skirt look fabulous any time of year.
Reply:you know, what i think a chic looks hot whenever they where boots knee high, thigh high, whatever especially with skirts or dresses
Reply:I would wear boots in the spring/early summer but when it gets to be sandal weather I%26#039;d swap em for a nice pair of sandals. Although I don%26#039;t think there is any %26quot;rule,%26quot; just wear what looks good and is comfortable!
Reply:If its warm outside dont wear boots
