no, i wear my boots all year long!!! they go great with everything!!!

if you live somewhere where its warm all year round, then id say save your knee highs for winter





unless you are wearing a wintery outfit it wont really match anyway

I was born in Texas. I%26#039;m a cowgirl. Sometimes when it%26#039;s hot I wear boots. (That%26#039;s Texas stuff.) If you%26#039;re a Texan it%26#039;s okay to wear boots. If you%26#039;re NOT I think it%26#039;s a little to hot for that. But, you can wear short boots if you want. Good luck! :-)
